Just because I get all sweaty and dirty when I'm working at a photo-shoot, it doesn't mean that I can't stay fashionable and still be trendy right? Haha, I'm usually laying on the ground or climbing a tree to get my shots, so it's great to have a pretty and yet practical camera bag with me. Erica & Jeremy's Baby Spring Session - Jacksonville FL Family Photographer

It is always a pleasure to photograph Erica and Jeremy's little girl! She is such an adorable baby, and those beautiful eyes can just melt anyone's heart :) I've been looking forward to this session since last summer. Erica and Jeremy are beach lovers, and it's only fitting that we have a photo-shoot at the beach for their baby's spring session. The weather has been a bit erratic here in Jacksonville. It's nice and sunny one weekend, and then another weekend, it's cold and rainy. We had to reschedule our photo-shoot a couple of times, and I'm glad we finally got to have it done this month :) I'm also glad that they brought their dog to the beach and be a part of the session as well. They're such a fun family to photograph, and I'm thankful that I get to take Baby's 1st year on photos!

Laura & Glenn's Newborn Session - Jacksonville FL Baby Photographer

Laura and Glenn's newborn baby boy is too cute for words! I can just tell how much he is loved by his parents, and I'm so happy that I get to photograph him several times this year. You may remember Laura and Glenn from a recent maternity photo-shoot I did back in January. I had a great time getting to know them at that session. I found out that Glenn wanted a Star Wars theme for the nursery. Of course, that didn't fly with Laura, but the cityscape theme they have going on for the nursery now is marvelous! It was love at first sight for me when I saw the room. Laura and Glenn did such a great job decorating the nursery with a contemporary and modern feel to it. I just know that Baby E is going to be stylish just like his parents. I already can't wait for his next session later this summer :)

Glenn may not have gotten his wish for a Star-Wars-themed nursery, but a Chewbacca toy and a Darth Vader night light will do for now :)

Erin and Josh's Baby Birthday Session - Jacksonville FL Family Photographer

When it rains, it pours! Days prior to our photo-shoot for Erin and Josh's baby birthday session, the weather had been nice and sunny. On the day of our shoot, it rained non-stop, and it was a bit cold, so we had no choice but to reschedule the session. During the second time around, the weather was still not on our side, but it was up to us to look for the silver lining in the clouds and just go with it! It was gloomy and gray, but at least it didn't rain and that didn't stop Erin and Josh's baby from laughing so much during our session! He is one adorable baby boy, and I'm in love with his reddish hair. It was such a pleasure photographing this baby's 1-Year birthday session. He smashed that cake like there was no tomorrow. I'm thankful that Baby H's godparents got him the photo session for his birthday, and I'm glad Stephanie and Nathan were able to join us at our shoot :)

Today is Baby H's actual birthday, and he's having his big party on Saturday (which is the same day that I'm photographing my wedding couple also named Erin and Josh--yes, it's off topic but I just had to share that fun tidbit) :)
